Anxiety Specialist I call anxiety “the Internalised Bully”.  Countless clients have said “that’s it” when I demystify what is happening to them.   In our work togetherthe person is invited to get to know themselves as not being “the problem”. Insteadwe get to understand the cognitive process of anxiety and the effects of this on you.   I take a collaborative approach to working with people and aim to create a warm environment where it feels safe to explore the consequences of “problems” on your life and how to navigate these effects.
