I have a particular interest in supporting expectant and new parents through pregnancybirth and the early parenting periodhelping them navigate emotional changesoverwhelm and adjustment challenges. I also work closely with children and adolescentssupporting emotional developmentresiliencebehaviour regulation and coping skills. My approach is warmevidence-based and collaborativewith a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel understood and supported while developing practical strategies to improve emotional wellbeing and functioning.
