I am a long term meditator and believe in the power of meditation and mindfulness for changing our minds. ​My interest areas are sex therapyrelationships and communicationmen's mental healthneurodivergent clientsaddictions or compulsive behavioursendometriosis and your sexualityalternative relating stylesand coaching clients who are doing 'ok' but want more joy and purpose in life.
