I have a deep interest in the area of relationship.  I have completed many years of study in this area and continue to learn and develop my practice.  Over the years I have studied with Hedy and Yumi SchleiferImago TherapyThe Gottman Institute and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.   I include mindfulness practices into each session.   In additionfrom my years in Remedial Massage and BodyworkI bring this knowledge of the body into my Holistic Counselling practicelooking at how we treat our bodiesand the impact on our relationships. I offer online sessions.
