HiI’m Jeff Fricotfounder and head practitioner of SynerQi Wellness. I provide professional healthcare services in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) includingacupunctureChinese herbal medicinecupping and moxibustion. I believe TCM has the means to promote optimal health in each person. My main area of interest is managing pain associated with the muscular skeletal systemsporting injuries and arthritis. I’m also interested in woman’s health associated with sleepfatigue and stress and digestive disorders like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. My mission is always to do my best and provide the best care I can to my clients!
When I speak about Traditional Chinese Medicine in the clinic with my clientsoften I like to use the word ‘we’’. TCM is an ancient medically minded community and practitioners depend on one another for sharing knowledge and experience. Alsowe all need each-other for helpespecially when we are unwell. “When ‘I’ is replaced with ‘we’ even illness becomes wellness” (source unknown).
During consultation and treatmentsI enjoy explaining the details of how acupuncture and TCM works. I believe it’s very important for everyone to be well informed about the various ways Traditional Chinese Medicine may help manage individual health concerns.
