- My clinical experience primarily includes the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute mental illness in adults, in particular mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders and borderline personality disorder. I have experience in delivering both individual and group therapeutic services within inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience in the delivery of cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy, with a keen interest in mindfulness meditation and exercise/nutrition and mental health. I have also worked for a number of years in various research settings. I have a passion for research, which contributes to an improved understanding of mental health issues and facilitates growth in the areas of treatment and innovative service provision for mental health concerns.
