QualificationsDr Usama Mohamed completed his MBBS at Cairo University in 2005, followed by a Master of Science in Respiratory Medicine in 2009 and a PhD in Pulmonary Medicine in 2014, also at Cairo University. He became a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP) in 2017, and obtained the MRCP (Respiratory Medicine) from the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom in 2020. In Australia, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2023. Most recently, in 2024, he completed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) program at Harvard Medical School, with a focus on clinical research and evidence‑based medicine.
