These days we can find ourselves trying to be someone (or something) that people expect of us.  This can make it really difficult to trust anyone with our inner most thoughts and feelings.  I want to offer you new perspectivespractical supportand the opportunity to feel truly heard.  My goal is to help clients put back the joy and meaning in their lives. I firmly believe that by helping a client better understand themselvesand equipping them with some simple toolsthey can grow to become the person they always wanted to be. Therapy can help you move from a place of unhappinessconfusionfrustration or even anger – to feeling empowered and in control of your life and where it’s going.  Once we understand ourselves bettereverything else gets better too.
