Annmarie is extremely passionate about adequate nutrition especially from preconception and beyond. She believes that adequate nutrition is the foundation to healthand this is why she went on to complete her Masters in Human Nutrition after already completing two Naturopathic degrees.
As a mother of 2 beautiful boys2 years apartAnnmarie understands firsthandthe difficulties that can arise during pregnancy and post-partum. She is an advocate for adequate nutritionalphysical and emotional support during this time. She has also developed a women’s health support group to assist women during this time.
Annmarie has worked within the industry as well as the professional and has experience around product developmentraw material supplieswomen’s healthespecially hormonal disruption across the lifespan. From pubertyto fertilityperimenopause and menopause. She also has a solid understanding around how hormones work as well as the conventional treatments that are available to support a women.
Annmarie believes in a holistic approach to health care and knows she is only one person in a whole web of other health practitioners to support each of her patients. No system in the body works in isolation and this is why she works in an integrated approach with your health care team and beyond.
