I respect and value all my clients and I hold a strong belief that we all have within us the capacity to find our own solutions in life given the right opportunity. I provide professional and confidential individual and couples therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients in an atmosphere of respect and trustthus enabling clients to explore and discuss issues that may be deeply personal or long suppressed whilst feeling cared for and safe.  I provide counselling for a range of issues including but not limited to anxietydepressiongrief and lossfamily conflictanger managementcouples therapyloss of directionsocial anxietyadjustment to chronic illness and low -self esteem.
